Before accepting a place
- My athlete wants this team and understands the likely role.
- We have confirmed 2027 age eligibility and the applicable signing process.
- We know the coach, roster plan, practice location and expected schedule, or have written terms addressing what remains unknown.
- We have read the playing-time approach and applicable age-group rules.
- We have a complete budget and understand deposits, added charges and withdrawal terms.
- We know the complaint contact and how a conflict involving that person is handled.
- We have checked membership status and insurance for the specific program.
- We have saved the offer, agreement, policies and response deadline.
Questions for a monthly check in
What have you learned? Do you know what to work on next? Are you treated respectfully? Are you getting enough recovery and time for school? Do you still want to be here? Ask these questions without requiring the athlete to defend the family’s investment.
